Alica Keys, Swizz Beatz & Eve - The Making Of "Speechless"

As cliche as the term "We Can Make Beautiful Music Together" sounds. Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz definitely proved that they are a match made in industry heaven.

Bangladesh Making Lil Wanye's "6'7"

Looks like the man behind "A Millie", Luda's "What's Your Fantasy", Beyonce's "Diva", etc is back with another one. This time he's showing us how he put it together from beginning to end. Videos like this make me miss Scratch magazine. Had no idea that Bangladesh produced Gucci Man's "Lemonande"(love that joint).

J.Slikk - A Tribute To Jen DeLeon

There is nothing more inspiring in the creation of music than someone's instrumental "tape". Shout out and a huge thanks to the producer J.Slikk for placing this one in the inbox. I first heard Slikk's work a few years ago from a joint he produced for fellow Chicago emcee Rashid Hadee but I didn't know how nice of a producer he was until the homie Cy Yung let me hear a few a his projects produced entirely by J.Slikk. This instrumental download is fire from bottom to top. The only complaint I have is "Why did dude let the public "have" these for de free?" A lot of these beats are some real gems.

Jay Electronica's Mountain Dew Commercial

Hip Hop always catch so much flak for going commercial. It's good to see commercial go hip hop for a change.

Evidence - I Don't Need Love EP

I know I know. I posted this wayyyy after this came out. If I haven't listened to it yet, I don't post it. With so much music dropping daily as well as being an artist myself. It's tough to keep up with what's hot. Luckily, I stumbled onto this new Evidence. I've been a Dilated Peoples fan from day one. In Dilated's decision to split up (temporarily I hope), Evidence have managed to maintain consistency and advance his craft as a producer and an emcee equally. This is one of my favorite releases yet. I'll chalk up the fact that this is a free release because of The Beatles samples. Nevertheless, good lookin EV.
