Domination Recordings recently released a new compilation of material from Justus League affiliate and HiPNOTT recording artist Spectac. This 17 track album features some hard to find and otherwise unreleased gems featuring Spectac on the forefront. Guest appearances by Little Brother, Big Daddy Kane, Median and Sean Boog with production primarily handled by 9th Wonder and Khrysis.

Here's some labor day weekend music for the "whip" and the ipod. When the homie producer Picasso played this beat for me it reminded me of the Bad Boy era from 97'. The track sounded like something that one of Puffy's Hitmen would've made for Black Rob, The Lox, or Mase so that's how I got inspired to write "Millions". Music for those with huge aspirations. This is one of my personal favorites right now but it will not appear on the "Achilles Hill" album. To make sure it see the light of day....I had to throw it out there for ya'll. Millions.....

Shouts to the homie Maxime Robin for introducing me to the dope producer known as Deheb. I gotta admit when I first recieved homie's beat cd, it contained the most unorthodoxed beats I had ever heard. They weren't your average 8 16 8 16 beats that many of us are used too. You could get use to the track and it would switch up dead in the middle of it. Nevertheless, I found the beat for "Get Down". I invited the homie Diablo Archer to rock it with me and it ended up on "The GoldSmith" as the opening track. It's hard to believe they made this a free download as this entire project is crazy. "Why Don't Cha!" is my first official video so to speak. Originally, it was only supposed to be a short clip for my producer homie Nicktha1da's documentary. Hip-Hop Producer, 9th Wonder brought the legendary Pete Rock and Dj Premier to NC to pay them homage for years of classics. 9th selected The Remix Project to replay all of the jams and several emcees including myself (K-Hill) was selected to reinterpret these classics. On Monday, July 20, I had the pleasure of being interviewed for "Sessions From The Band". This is a new series hosted by Matt Grady of WZMB 91.3, East Carolina University's radio station. Out of all of the interviews I've had up to this point, this was probably my favorite one. The conversation was dope, the questions were great and I even dropped a few verses in the studio. Some of the key topics included the origin of my production techiniques, how I feel about Jay-Z's D.O.A, and new material that I have in store. Definitely check out the interview. When you get to a point in life where you start to witness your heroes pass away, that is a sign that you've truly reached adulthood. I say this meaning that as you grow in life you find yourself losing things that you've been used to since your childhood (ex. friends, family members,hair..lol) I wasn't around for the passing of Elvis Presley but I've seen the lasting impact that he had on people's lives and now I understand.
